The project is designed for personalities from all the spheres of social life and those who have achieved something in their lives. It is not for children. As Mrs. Katarína Ráczová is the ambassador of the Painted Equator project and she organised together with the Slovak Olympic Committee a workshop for young sportsmen from several countries in the High Tatras, we made an exception. I brought paints and canvases to Starý Smokovec and for two days young athletes as well as adult Olympians painted their pictures.
In my speech among other things, I said to the young sportsmen – artists: “The project is designed for personalities and those who have achieved something in their lives. By allowing you to participate in the project, it is your duty to achieve success in your life, whether in sports or other areas. Talk about the idea of the project everywhere. Also present sportsmen took part, including the gold medalist Dariusz Goździak at the Summer Olympics in Barcelona 1992. Of course, Katarína Ráczová - ambassador for sports, tolerance, fair play SR, as well as the Chairman of Slovak Olympic Committee František Chmelár.
